Drawings built for approval, not just construction
A structural drawing set has to do two jobs at once: give the contractor everything needed to build correctly, and give the reviewing authority everything needed to approve quickly. We prepare foundation plans, framing layouts, reinforcement and connection details, sections and schedules that are coordinated against the calculation report line for line, so nothing is left for a reviewer to query. BIM coordination and clash resolution
For projects involving architecture, MEP and façade teams, we model structural elements in BIM and run clash coordination before drawings are issued for construction — catching conflicts between structural beams, ductwork and façade fixings on screen instead of on site, where they are far more expensive to resolve. Technical methodology
Drawings are produced in AutoCAD and, for multi-discipline projects, coordinated in Revit/BIM to catch clashes before issue — every sheet is checked against the calculation report before it's considered final, not after a query comes back.
